These terms apply when you purchase clothing, accessories or other goods from YAKUDO through our website.
1. About us
YAKUDO is a trading name of ARETIA GROUP LTD, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Bridport, Dorset, DT6 5DS. Company No. 12345678. You can contact us at admin@yakudo.co.uk.
2. Products
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device. Product availability is subject to stock.
3. Prices and payment
The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay, together with any delivery charge clearly shown before checkout. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.
4. Orders
After you place an order, we will send confirmation electronically. We may cancel or refuse an order where, for example, an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
5. Delivery
Delivery information, available destinations and any applicable charges are shown on our website and/or during checkout. We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe. Unless another period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days.
6. Your right to cancel
For most goods bought online, you have the legal right to change your mind and cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then normally have a further 14 days to return them. Some goods may be exempt where the law allows, including certain personalised or made-to-order goods.
7. Returns and refunds
Please see our Returns page for instructions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are dealt with in accordance with UK consumer law.
8. Returning unwanted goods
Unless the goods are faulty or we state otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods. You should take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession. We may make a lawful deduction from a refund where handling has reduced the value of the goods beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
9. Faulty goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
10. Promotions and discount codes
Promotional codes are subject to any conditions stated with the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn or amended where reasonably necessary.
11. Website and content
YAKUDO branding, website content, product photography and designs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We do not exclude responsibility for faulty or misdescribed goods or other statutory consumer rights.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to an order are those made available to you when you place that order.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection or right you have to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
